I think I’ve developed a mild case of insomnia.
I haven’t been able to sleep very well for the past 4 nights. I’m dead tired but when I close my eyes I just can’t seem to get to sleep before 3am. This is definitely not good, seeing as I’ve got classes and tests (not to mention finishing touches on my cosplays) to take care of before MegaCon this weekend. And I REALLY don’t want to be the walking dead while I’m trying to enjoy myself there. I’ve tried going to bed earlier, but I just end up lying there. I’ve tried meditating, reading, even made sure there is no noise and it’s dark and everything that normally makes it peachy keen, I just…can’t sleep. If this keeps up, I’ll have to try exhausting myself with evening exercise and chamomile tea or resort to some otc sleep aids because I’ve got a cold right now and it’s getting worse because I can’t get any rest :(
